Hi Tony,
Thank you for remembering and commenting! Monica was her name. You were a good influence on me in those days. I just moved into a new home and once again rebuilding a studio and this blog. I also added your site to this one.

Happy Firings!

Hi Joe,
Thank you for your comment. I have since moved back up to Idaho in Teton Valley. Driggs, specifically. I used to live down the Verde River from Don's house. I still visit Arizona often.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for putting me on your blogroll. I'll spend some time looking around on your site.
I was down your way recently. I had a gallery show in Scottsdale as part of NCECA and was bringing the pots back home to Utah. I drove around Clarkdale trying t remember how to find Don Reitz's place. It has been too many years sine I was there.
I was actually on my way up to Jerome to see an old river running buddy Richard Martin. I found his place and we had fun while he was broadcasting his show on Gulch Radio.
Later,
JB

Thank you Anita! Flattery will get you everywhere with yours truly. I love Raku! My plan is to continue posting articles about Raku and the many facets of the art form and the people doing it.

Cheers!
